A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court.

The book starts off with a man sitting on a hill with a friend. A little girl holding a basket walks past the quiet calm road and the man looks at the innocent girl then she drops still. The man is an outcast looked out by everyone for his appearance and actions. The main character we will call him main because he doesn’t have a name the book never described him. Main is a barbarian fighter, or he used to be and now lives as a slave for a king named Sir kay. The thing with his world though, is he’s in a dream, and he has a friend in his dream named clarence. Well, clarence in his world is a Messager and sends messages to his friends to “The real world” and Main knows he’s in a dream but can’t wake up so like in a coma or a lucid dream. Now the story is Sir Kay has 9 knights and 3 right hands men. Sir Lancelot is a fighter and a previous knight and saved Sir Kay from death 5 years ago. Main wanted to go to an asylum in his dream, but the thing is he got redirected to Sir Kay’s prison and kingdom. That’s how Main got sent here 3 years ago that happened, now Sir Kay is being forced to move because a more powerful king wants to take over. So, Sir Kay moves and on the move with his 9 knights and 2 horses he finds a village with an enjoined church with a castle in it. The people accept Sir Kay and ask if they could make an acceptation and let them take over since they have no king and people could invade them. The enjoined church already has a queen but needs a king in though the queen doesn’t like the king needs him for an equal civilization. Only after 3 weeks of being king the queen is sick of him and chases him out and forces him out before she killed all of them. Sir Kay had to move again and after traveling even more they end up on a hill its looks almost identical as the hill in the start of the book Main thought. Some of the slaves and horses had to sleep in the woods near the hill, after Sir Kay wakes up, he decides to build a small village near the ocean by the hill. Clarence, Main’s friend informs Main that his friend’s messaged back and Main is ecstatic that he is communicating with people in a dream. The sad plot is that Main is already dead and reliving his memories and kept telling himself it’s not real and a dream. Clarence was real, Main was a barbarian, and he was enslaved for 9 years until he was released and now lived 70 years on an ocean and excavated land to make the hill he used to sit on with Clarence.
