I planned out how to make much off of doing real estate and selling acres of land. First get high credit score which if you’re an adult you would know how. Start off with 2 acres of land which costs about 30,000 where I’m at but some places could go for about 8,000 for 2 acres. Usually people sell acres with houses, cabins or sheds on them. Instead buy acres with nothing on them and put crops on it for farmers to buy. once you do have enough do buy acres with a small house on it for about 110-100k. If remodeled a whole house could cost about 180-170k Residential areas are good for buying houses and acres because there’s a higher chance, they want to either leave or they don’t like the house from how bad it is when bought remodel it immediately and sell it when it goes higher in value. Real estate may seem confusing to people but when you know what to do it works out pretty well, Sheds and storage units are good to sell those if your nowhere near a residential area or if acres are taken already. A lot of people online will tell you easy ways to get rich but face it there is no easy way real estate is hard work in the beginning because paying for people to remodel houses cost money and you would be losing money so you’d have to remodel I yourself of course wiring if you don’t know how to do let someone do it or you’ll hurt yourself. People would say this is a terrible idea, but they don’t know how much it can pay off once you learn it.
