History week 33

Unix (trademarked as UNIX) is a family of multitasking, multiuser computer operating
systems. They are based on the original AT&T Unix development starting in the 1970s
at the Bell Labs research center by Ken Thompson, Dennis Ritchie, and others.

The microprocessor is a multipurpose, clock-driven [crystal oscillator-driven], register
based, digital-integrated circuit which accepts binary data as input, processes it
according to instructions stored in its memory, and provides results as output.
Microprocessors contain both combinational logic and sequential digital logic.
Microprocessors operate on numbers and symbols represented in the binary numeral
system.

The video game console, being now a PlayStation 5 or a PlayStation 4. Back then we didn’t have that, we had the Nintendo 64 and Gameboys and if you got lucky on Christmas the very first PlayStation 1. Gaming consoles evolved so much in the past 30 years going from low graphic games to dying light 2 and other really good graphic games on computers, and back then we didn’t have gaming PC’s we had classic library computers and flip phones. From the people changing their lives on video games like Fortnite, Call of duty, and other various famous games. Most people when they get older forget about their games and consoles which is sad from 1999-2020 getting up going to school and coming back home to play games with friends and even going on your old consoles to see your old friends knowing the memories when you were little. and to go through the history of games (the first game made in 1958 being Atari’s pong and being the first RECORDED video game so there could even be a game before 1958 about anything.
