Ether is a gas or as you call a gassy nitrogen chemical. It was used for parties and for fun at first, when it was discovered. So, after some experiments they found out you can use it for hospital surgeries. It was needed because when doing surgeries, the patents would feel the pain and most people didn’t want surgery, so they instead commended suicide. But after a meeting was set up and the general hospital tested it and presented it. After they presented the theory of the gas, they had to use it on a real patent going through surgery. So, when they did, they put a mask with gas in a tube, hooked up to patent and patent fell asleep. After all, we now use it for a lot of surgeries.
Fax machine is a device, that lets you send messages with a paper and a printer like body of a machine. It starts with a paper when you slide it in the machine. There are numbers 1 through 10, you put the phone number you need to send it to and after you press start it will dial-up the paper to the phone and writes fast. It was popular back then but today time it isn’t.
Iron steam passenger ships. It was a ship in Great Britain for over hundreds of passengers. It has all the stuff you would need like food, beds, comfort, and water. Most people use it to live in if they can’t afford a house. It was made in 1843, by Isambard Brunel. It was a lot scarier when the people had to build it without harnesses and straps.
The ice cream Maker was made only for royalty families, for example all kings and rich people had it to make a dessert or a treat. Ice cream was made of ice, milk, and sugar with a vanilla extract from plants. Before there weren’t many flavors only vanilla. Now there are other hundreds of flavors from different companies, like Ben and Jerry’s ice cream or Haagen Daz. It is a very nice treat for all families and all people.
