Mersenne was a rich man he made laws in court and in meetings. His first one was you cannot, drive a car in an alley way that is less then 24 feet long. His second one was a pretty, big one it was if you cannot pay rent, you get kicked out in two days. His third was a bit dumb but it was if you have any liquid in your house, or backyard, like gas, or water, or alcohol, you will go to jail for 1 month.
